Initial situation: Until now, the creation and management of search ads was time-consuming and focused on the DACH region. B&B Hotels was looking for a solution to react more quickly to market changes and to be more present internationally.
Target definition: By bringing the SEA campaign management in-house, a fully automated search ads campaign was to be created for all relevant POS countries. KPI targets included +5% higher reach, +10% more sales and efficient management with only 1 FTE.
