Legal Note

and Privacy Statement according to §4 (3) of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG)
Exclusion of liability

1. Content of the online offer
The author does not assume responsibility for the timeliness, accuracy, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the author, which relate to damage to material or ideas caused by the use or lack of use of the offered information or the use of faulty or incomplete information, are generally excluded, to the extent that the author cannot be shown to have committed them intentionally or grossly negligently. All offers are subject to confirmation and non-binding. The author expressly reserves the right to change part of the pages or the whole offer without special notice, to add to it, to delete it or to discontinue publication temporarily or entirely.

2. References and links
In the case of direct or indirect references to third-party websites (“Links”) outside the author’s sphere of responsibility, a liability obligation exclusively applies if the author is aware of the contents and and if he is technically able, and can reasonably be expected, to prevent use in the case of illegal contents. The author hereby expressly states that at the time of setting up the Links, no illegal could be identified on the linked up pages. The author has no influence on the current and future design, content and authorship of the linked/referenced sites. As a result, he expressly dissociates from all content of all linked/referenced pages changed after the links were added. This statement applies to all links and references in its own internet content as well as to third-party entries in the guestbooks, discussion forums and mailing lists set up by author. Only the provider of the site to which the link refers shall be liable for illegal, incorrect or incomplete contents, and particularly for damage caused by the use or lack of use of such offered information – not the person merely referring to the relevant publication via Links.

3. Copyright and trademark law
The author strives to respect copyright of used graphics, sound files, video sequences and texts in all publications, to use graphics, sound files, video sequences and texts produced by itself or to resort to public graphics, sound files, video sequences and texts. All brand labels or logos mentioned in the online content and potentially trademarked by third parties are, without restrictions, subject to the regulations of the corresponding trademark law and to the right of ownership of the relevant registered owner.
It cannot be deduced that trademarks are not protected by third parties simply because they are mentioned! The copyright for any published objects created by the author itself shall remain with the author of the pages alone.
It is not permitted to copy or use such graphics, sound files, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications without the author’s express approval.
